摘要
报道了山东黄海海域养殖雄、雌贻贝中的脂肪酸成分。用快速脂肪提取器分别提取雄、雌贻贝脂肪。脂肪经甲酯化后,用GC分析了其中的脂肪酸,结合GC/MS各鉴定出 41个峰,分别占脂肪酸总量的98.5%和96.5%。其中雄、雌贻贝中不饱和脂肪酸分别占70.9%和71.8%,EPA+DHA超过27%。
This paper reports the fatty acid constituents in male and female mussels near Yantai seacoast, Shandong province. The fat was extracted with a rapid fat extractor instead of conventional Soxhlet fat extractor. The extracted fatty acids were esterified and analyzed by a 50 m×0. 35 mm i. d. PEG-20 M glass capillary column and FID. Forty-one peaks were qualified with GC/MS. They accounted for 98. 5% and 96. 5% of total amount of fatty acids from male and female mussels, respectively. C16:0 is the predominant saturated fatty acid. C16:1 is the most abundant monounsaturated fatty acid. C18:4, C20:5 and C22:6 are predomi- nant polyunsaturated fatty acids. The amount of C20:5 (eicosapentaenoic acid ) plus C22:6 (do- cosahexaenoic acid) is added up to over 27%.
