中国民营企业技术创新模式实证研究

Empirical Study of Technological Innovation Mode in China's Private Enterprises

中国民营企业技术创新模式按照技术创新的实现方式和实现途径可分为原始性创新、引进模仿基础上的再创新、技术集成创新;按技术创新的组成形式分为独立创新和联合创新。中国民营企业创新经济效益普遍较低,创新投入与创新产出的关联度较差。相比较而言,引进模仿再创新企业之创新经济效益优于原始创新企业,联合创新企业之创新经济效益优于独立创新企业。引进和模仿再创新是现实选择,原始创新和集成创新是必然选择,联合创新是中国民营企业创新活力的运行基础。

The technology innovation modes in China＇s private enterprises, in terms of the fulfillment mode and approach, can be divided into original innovation, re-innovation based on introduction and imitation, innovation of technology integration. In terms of the form of technology innovation, they can be divided into independent innovation and united innovation. The economic benefit of innovation in China＇s private epterprises is generally low, with weak relevancy between input and output. Comparatively speaking, the economic benefit of the re-innovation based on introduction and imitation is superior to original innovation and that of united innovation is superior to independent innovation. While the re-innovation based on introduction and imitation is a real choice, original innovation and integrated innovation is the inevitable choice, and united innovation is the foundation for the innovation vigor in China＇s private enterprises.
