对农村富余劳动力转移起重要影响作用的因素一般为:乡村从业人员数、乡村从业人员中二、三产业人员数、实际受培训人数和培训后实现再就业人数。这些影响因素一般不是独立发生作用,而是四者交织在一起共同影响农村富余劳动力的有效转移。

The factors that have great effects on the transferring of surplus laborers in rural area include： the number of the unemployed, the number of laborers in the second and tertiary industry, the actual number of trained laborers and the number of laborers that are re-employed after training. These factors generally do not work independently but rather work collaboratively to affect the effective transferring of surplus laborers in rural area.
