摘要
以甘油和丙酮为原料制得异丙叉甘油,其与辛酰氯在吡啶催化下酯化,再经硼酸作用下分解得到单辛酸甘油酯。探讨反应时间、催化剂等条件对反应的影响,确定反应的最佳条件。最后研究产品对混合菌群的抗菌活性,结果表明,该产品具有较强的抗菌活性。
Isopropylidene glycerol is prepared by condensation of acetone with glycerol, thereafter it was esterified with octanoyl chloride in pyridine as catalyst, and finally the latter was decomposed with boric acid. The optimal condition was confirmed by studied the effect reaction time, catalyst etc on reaction. The antibacterial experiments show that the product has strong inhibition effect on some bacteriums in rancid creamery.
