摘要
以肥胖型大鼠为模型对照组,观察百合膳食纤维对大鼠血液中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的调节作用。实验证明:各实验组的质量、TC、LDL-C、动脉硬化指数有极显著的降低(P<0.01);中、高浓度的TG有极显著降低(P<0.01);HDL-C有极显著增加(P<0.01);低浓度的体脂百分率有极显著降低(P<0.01)。结果表明,百合膳食纤维具有较好的调节血脂和减肥的功能。
The smoothing intestine and relieving constipation function of mice is studied by establishing the constipation model, and the dregs of white trumpet lily and tiger lily and the DF of white trumpet lily are the materials. The experiment testifies that the lily DF can significantly decrease the first defecating time(P〈0.01). The lily DF can increase the defecating weight and the alvine percentage length of mice, 7.8g/kg is the effective dose, and when the dose is 15.6g/kg, all the experimental groups can significantly add the defecating weight and the alvine percentage length(P〈0.01). The middle concentration can change the dejecta moisture (P〈0.05) , and the high concentration can significantly augment the dejecta moisture(P〈0.01). So the lily DF can improve the smoothing intestine and relieving constipation function of the constipation mice, and the high concentration DF from white trumpet lily has the best effect.
