摘要
利用微电解方法对桉木CTMP制浆废液进行了预处理,预处理后废液的可生化性显著提高。在此基础上,采用多种白腐菌在不同的培养基条件下,对经过微电解处理的桉木CTMP制浆废液进行了处理,考察了白腐菌处理对废液色度变化的影响。研究结果表明,静态培养处理废水时,深层培养对废液有一定程度的脱色作用,而浅层培养则有较强的返色效果;所选菌种中,I-36的强产酶能力造成其在浅层培养中返色能力强而在深层培养中脱色效果差;B4的弱产酶能力和较好的生长适应性造成其返色能力最弱而脱色效果最好;NaAC-HAC缓冲体系能降低浅层培养体系的返色能力,增强深层培养体系的脱色能力;草酸和吐温等活性因子能加强浅层培养体系的返色能力,减弱深层培养体系的脱色能力。
The effluent of Eucalyptus CTMP was pretreated by using micro-electroyse method firstly, the biodegradability of the effluent was improved significantly after pretreatment. Several white-rot fungus were used to treat the pretreated effluent. It was found that the discoloring effect of the white-rot fungus was affected by inoculants, culture media, such as buffer system and activated additive, and culture method.
