摘要
针对打浆度软测量过程中有色噪声对实际打浆度信号造成的混叠干扰,提出一种新型的信噪分离和消噪的方法。由于软测量噪声不是白噪声信号,因此首先建立噪声的AR模型并根据模型对噪声信号进行白化处理,最终采用相关分析的方法完成噪声的滤除。将该方法试运行于造纸生产线打浆控制系统中,可达到较高的打浆度软测量精度。
Aiming at the interference of the color noise in the real signal in beating degree soft measurement, a novel filtering noise method based on whitening color noise is proposed. Soft measurement signal of beating degree is separated from measurement noise which can not be considered as white noise. The AR model of color noise is establisheded and the noise is whitened based on the AR model, measurement noise is filtered by cross-correlation analyze. The application of this method in beating system has got good result.
