摘要
针对抄纸过程水分定量系统具有时变性、非线性和纯滞后的特征,提出了基于模糊自适应Smith预估控制方法,对水分定量的解耦控制,有效克服了对造纸过程控制中控制系统稳定性及性能指标的影响。实际运行结果表明该方法具有较好的鲁棒性和较好的控制精度。
Considering the characteristics of time variable, nonlinear, lager delay time phenomenon of water and basis weight control system, the controller on automation fuzzy Smith control is stated to uncoupling the basis weight and moisture. It can perfectly overcome entire delay on the system. The results of the experiment show that the control system has perfect performance, and also possesses better robustness and high precision.
