摘要
科学技术创新是近可积哈密顿系统,其结果可以预见但也可能存在偏差。科学技术创新是个时间、空间同构过程。进入混沌有三条途径,每一条都是科学技术创新的可能途径。
The innovation of science and technology is a nearly Calculus system.lt can foresee ,but may also exist deviation.The innovation of science and technology is a time and space united process. Regard complexity as complexity will be more valid when research . There have three paths which can get into Chaos, and each is a possible path for science and technology achieve innovation.
