阐述了东营新区黄河广场上"晨曲"LED大型景观灯的创意创新,以"春"、"夏"、"秋"、"冬"的色彩季节变化和灯光控制技术,展示灯光一年中"花开四季"的自然意趣。
Expatiated the originality and innovation of ＂Morning Song＂ LED great landscaping lighting installation on the Yellow River square which is in Dong Ying new developed area, with controlling system of colorful and seasonal transformation of spring, summer, autumn and winter, exhibiting natural interest of lamplight that flowers blossom through the four season during one year.
