远侧胃癌根治术前后空腹血清胆囊收缩素变化的意义

THE VALUE OF CHOLECYSTOKININ CHANGE IN FASTING SERUM BEFORE AND AFTER RADICAL SUBTOTAL GASTRECTOMY

采用放免法测定了30例行远侧胃癌根治术患者手术前后空腹血清胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平。结果:术前为119.6±142.2pmol/L,术后为78.5±149.2pmol/L,明显低于术前水平(P<0.022)。结果提示:CCK分泌异常可能是导致远侧胃癌根治术后胆囊胆汁淤滞、胆囊排空功能不良以及胆囊结石患病率增高的重要原因之一。

The concentration of cholecystokinin in fasting serum was determined by radioimmu-noessay in 30 patients with gastric antrum cancer before and after radical subtotal gastrectomy. It was 119. 6±142. 2 pmol/L before the operation and 78. 5±149. 2 pmol/L after the operation,which was significantly lower than that before the operation,P = 0. 022. The result suggests that the reduction of cholecystokinin secretion after gastrectomy was one of the important causes in the bile stasis,the disturbance of gallbladder emptying function and the formation of gallstone.
