医学生临床学习期间存在很多医疗安全的隐患因素,本文分析导致医学生医疗行为不安全的因素,结合系统理念,为医学生设计并建立一套尽可能完备的医疗安全操作系统,以保障对医学生医疗安全的有效管理。

There are many hidden dangers of medical safety to medical students when they study in clinical practice. In order to ensure effective management to medical safety of medical students, this article analyzed the factor caused medical un-safety. Combined with systematic theory, a safety operative system for medical students was designed.
