口腔粘着性细菌的生物学特性研究

A study on the biological characters of oral adhensive bacteria

为探讨口腔粘着性细菌的粘附特性，本实验从细菌对管壁的粘附能力、疏水性能、红血球凝集能等方面进行了研究。结果显示：Ｓ．Ｍｉｌｅｒ和粘性放线菌的粘附能力随着菌种的增加有所下降，而疏水能力的大小与细菌的粘附能力并不存在十分密切的关系。提示细菌不同菌种之间可能存在一定的拮抗作用，细菌的粘附有多种因素的参与。

In this paper,the abilities of adherence,hemagglutinating and the hydrophobicity were studied among the oral adhensive bacteria.The results demonstrated that the abilities of adherence of S.miller and A.viscosus were decreased while the sorts of bacteria increased,whereas their hydrophobicities kept unchanged.This study suggested that there were a antagonistic action between different sorts of bacterium and the adherence of bacteria were influncd by multiple factors.
