职业探索理论及其对当代青年职业发展的启示被引量：13

摘要本文通过分析职业探索理论的概念演变、影响因素、积极影响及其对当代青年职业发展的重要意义,从实践角度为当代青年的职业发展提出了一些有价值的建议:树立全面的探索观和职业终生探索观、自我探索和环境探索并重、为职业探索构建支持性的社会网络。
