摘要
为探讨氯化镍对不同靶细胞转化作用的差异,采用细胞灶法测定氯化镍对BALB/c-3T3细胞诱发转化的活性,结果表明当氯化镍浓度在>50μmol/L时转化率增高(P<0.05),且有剂量反应关系。本文报道氯化镍诱发BALB/c-3T3细胞转化的实验结果。
The cell transforming activity of nickel chloride in BALB/c 3T3 cells was assayed using focus system. The results indicated that at the concentrations above 50 μmol/L, nickel chloride induced increases in transformation frequency (P<0.05), in a dose dependant manner. This report indicated the morphological transforming activity of nickel chloride in BALB/c 3T3 cells.
