Mr. Gutseriyev,once a distinguished guest of government and president of Russneft,one of the ten biggest Russian oil companies,now is in a very bad position.In 2007,he became a prison- er.Not long before Russia's 2008 presidential election,Gutseriyev was seen as a huge potentially destructive force.Thus,he was wanted.It was not just because of economic reason,or merely a punishment aiming to confiscate assets back to people,but of very sophisticated political,economic, social,ethnic or even international concerns.
