摘要
以有限元法为基础,采用有限元软件ANSYS对某机车辅助变流器柜进行了静强度分析。采用MSC.Fatigue疲劳仿真软件,根据有限元应力结果、标准提供的疲劳载荷谱和材料S—N曲线用准静态法对结构的疲劳寿命进行了仿真计算,得到了两种不同安装方式下的柜体及安装梁在98%存活率下的总寿命分布。
Based on Finife Element Method,the ANSYS software was adopted for static strength analysis of a locomotive auxitiary converter cabinet.On the basis of the result of Finife Element stress calculation,standard fatigue loading spectrum and S-N curve for the material,the structure fatigue life was simulated by quasistatic method with MSC.Fatigue software,and the total life distributions with 98% livability in two of different mounting ways for the cabinet body and mounting beam was obtained.
