摘要
通过探讨气化炉操作温度的影响因素,建议依据气化炉型、煤质、目标产物煤气组成等主要因素,建立气流床气化炉操作温度评价模型,为气化炉运行提供直接的适宜的操作温度,旨在延长气化炉的运行周期和使用寿命,提高气化装置运行的经济性。
Entrained flow gasification technology is the development trend of coal gasification in the future. The operational temperature of entrained flow gasifiers obviously impacts its run period and longevity. The influencing factors on operational temperature of gasifiers were analyzed. It is suggested to establish evaluation model of operational temperature in entrained flow gasifiers based on different gasifiers, coal characters, target-product and so on. The model is to provide direct and feasible operational temperature for gasifiers, and to prolong the run-period and life time of the gasifiers, so as to improve the economics of the gasification unit.
