Factors to Affect Coke Quality and Improvement Measures

分析了影响焦炭质量的因素,如炼焦煤料的煤化度、惰性组分含量、炼焦条件等,并提出了相应的改进措施,如运用小焦炉试验确定最佳配煤比、提高加热速度、延长焖炉时间等,都可起到改善焦炭质量的作用。

Through analysis of carbonization process and coke quality, factors to affect coke pore and its wall thickness, and consequently affecting the coke quality were found. Relative measures were suggested to determine optimum blend ratio, increase heating rate, and prolong the coking time, which will improve the coke quality.
