研究了利用微生物球菌从低品位含锗褐煤中浸出锗的新方法,探讨了球菌从低品位含锗褐煤中浸出锗的主要影响因素,获得了从低品位含锗褐煤中浸出锗的适宜条件:煤浆质量分数为10%,浸出剂球菌浓度为109个/mL,浸出温度为30℃,浸出时间为8d,浸出液的pH值为4.0,褐煤的平均粒度为0.20mm ̄1.00mm,接种量的影响是不显著的。褐煤中锗的浸出率可达84%以上,和H2SO4浸出相比,锗的浸出率可提高20%左右,浸出时间至少缩短8d,节约H2SO4 90%左右。
A new method of leaching germanium from low-grade lignite containing germanium with microorganism coccus was studied. The primary influencing factors in this process were discussed. The optimum leaching conditions were obtained, i.e. mass concentration of coal is 10%, concentration of leaching agent coccus is 10^9 Entries/mL, leaching temperature is 30℃, leaching time is 8 days, pH of leaching solution is 4.0, and average particle size of lignite is 0.20mm- 1.00mm. The effect of inoculation amount on leaching is not remarkable. The recovery of germanium from lignite can reach over 84%. As compared with the result of leaching germanium from lignite coccus with H2SO4, the recovery of germanium raise by about 20%, leaching time is reduced by at least 8 days and the usage amount of H2SO4 decreases by about 90%.
