摘要
目的:根据区域内人群的医疗服务需要和需求,分析区域医疗资源供给与需要、需求,确定区域内合理的医院床位和医生资源配置标准。方法:采用卫生服务需求量法对吐鲁番地区医院床位和医生需求量进行测算并根据吐鲁番地区实际进行调整。结果:至2010年吐鲁番地区医院床位配置低限为1 436张,高限为1 690张,医生配置低限为723人,高限为908人。结论:吐鲁番地区医疗床位和医生资源总量适量,但医疗资源利用质量不高,效率低下,区域内医疗资源发展不平衡。预计到2010年全区医院床位数需减少180张,医生数需减少277人。
Objective: According to the main health issues as well as the health demand and health need of TuIpan, it is analyzed the regional coordination between medical resources supply and health demand & need, in order to reasonably determine the number of beds in health institutions as well as the allocation criterion of health manpower resources. Method: Depending on the health demand, to survey the number of beds in health institutions and doctors. Results: Regarding the assessment, in 2010, the number of beds in Turpan Region will be upper limited by 1 690, and lower limited by 1 436, while 908 for the number of doctors as upper limit, and 723 as lower limit. Conclusions: The health human resources and the number of beds in Turpan are reasonable, which are sufficient for the habitants. The utilization of health resources in Turpan is not effective, especially that of the township health centers. The quality of health Services is not acceptable; while the development of health institution in rural area is not coordinated with the high rural population. As the evaluation, the total number of beds in Turpan must be reduced 180, and that of doctors in Turpan must be decreased 277.
