股骨粗隆间骨折38例DHS内固定治疗效果观察

Treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur with AO dynamic hip screw(DHS)

目的观察AO动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法对使用DHS内固定治疗的38例股骨粗隆间骨折的分类、手术方法、术后结果进行疗效分析。结果所有病例术后随访骨折均愈合,髋关节功能优良率达87%。结论DHS内固定是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的比较理想的方法。

Objective To analyze the therapy ~sponse of DSH in treating the intertrochanter fracture of femur. Methods The classfiaction, operation approach and postoperative effects were assessed in the38cases of intertrochanter fracture of femur treated with DHS, Results Postoperative follow-up study showed that all the cases had their fracture healed and excellent rate of the hip-joint function up to .87% .Conclusion DHS was a rather ideal approach in the treatment the intertrochanter fracture of femur by internal fixation.
