Slab-column base isolated structure is a new type of structures; it combines the Slab-column structure and the base isolated structure. It has many advantages, but the actual application is rare. This paper first discusses the characteristics of this structure, and then discusses a simplified calculation method that applies to the structure in the earthquake. This method is based on the equivalent lateral force method .The method is a simplified design method; it can provide certain references for the calculation of the actual design.
