蒲薏颗粒对体外培养人食管癌细胞(ECA-109)作用的研究

Effect of Pu Yi Granules on In-vitro Cultured Human Esophageal Cancer Cell ECA-109

目的:研究蒲薏颗粒抗食管癌的作用及其机理。方法:用血清药理学和MTY染色法,观察蒲薏颗粒对体外培养的人食管癌细胞(ECA-109)的抑制作用。结果:与对照组相应血清浓度比较,蒲薏颗粒各含量组3次试验的吸光度均较荷瘤对照组明显减小,高含量组的细胞毒活性均大于20%。结论:蒲薏颗粒能对体外培养的ECA-109细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Pu Yi Granules(PYG)for esophageal cancer and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Serum pharmacological method and MTT stain method were used to observe the inhibitory effect of PYG for in-vitro hu- man esophageal cancer cell ECA-109.Results:The absorbance in serum containing PYG was decreased in the blank control serum.The cytotoxic activity in the serum containing high-dose PYG was over 20%,indicating that high-dose PYG had obvious inhibition on ECA-109 proliferation.Conclusion:PYG exerts an obvious inhibition on in-vitro cul- tured ECA-109.
