Communication Method Between PC and LG PLC Based on Visual Basic

根据LGMK系列PLC的特点,给出了利用Visual Basic中的通信控件实现计算机与PLC的串行通信的方法。比较了PC通过RS-232和RS-485与PLC通信的特点,最后给出了通过RS-485实现串行通信的详细设计过程。该通信控制方案简单、实用,可以大大降低工程成本。

Some serial communicate methods were given between PC and PLC,according to the features of LG MK series PLC. The serial communicate methods were realized by using Visual Basic communicate control.At last,a detailed process that design RS-485 serial communication was given,after the serial communicate features between PC and PLC were compared via RS-232 and RS-485,Much cost can be reduced,owing to the simple and applied communicate method.
