摘要 MCGS组态软件界面友好操作简便,但脚本语言非常简单,难以实现比较复杂的控制算法;MATLAB具有强大的计算功能,被广泛应用于系统分析和仿真,但由于它是一种解释性语言,运行速度慢实时性差,且对运行环境要求高。利用COM组件技术,通过VB充分结合二者优点,实现了稳定的人机界面,提高了实时控制能力,而且彻底脱离了MATLAB环境。 The interface of configuration software MCGS is user-friendly and the operation is easy to handle,but MCGS script is very simple and incapable for certain complex control algorithms.MATLAB with great ability of calculation is widely used in system analysis and simulation,but because it is an explanatory language,then running-speed is so slow,the real-time control cannot be used directly and the standard of running environment is very high.This paper is fully integrated the advantages of them to present the stable manachine interface and improve the ability of real-time control based on COM. The whole system has slipped the leash of MATLAB with greatly improved quality.
