摘要 随机选择32例蛛网膜下出血(SAH)患者进行脑血流量与脑功能研究,同时检查脑电图(EEG)及133Xe吸入法测定脑血流量,并对9例进行了复查。结果发现SAH大脑平均脑血流量明显低于正常对照组,EEG异常率91%,对照组13%,脑血流量越低则EEG异常越严重,两者呈正相关,EEG随rCBF的好转而改善,有良好一致性。认为SAH患者脑血流降低与EEG异常呈正相关。 The cerebral blood flow(CBF) and the brain function were studied in 32 randomly selected patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.EEG and CBF by 133 Xe inhalation were performed simultaneously and 9 out of 32 patients were reexamined. The result showed that the average CBF in subarachnoid hemorrhage was apparently lower than that in control group ( P <0.01).The abnormality rate of EEG in SAH was 90% and in the control group only 13%.The lower the CBF,the more severe the abnormal EEG.A positive correlation was noted between them.The EEG was improved as the CBF improved,an excellent consistency was observed.
