慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者膈肌疲劳与重构的分子生物学机制

Molecular-biological mechanism of diaphragms remodeling in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者由于多种因素参与,导致膈肌疲劳、结构重构,严重影响其呼吸功能的发挥。从分子生物学角度对膈肌疲劳与重构进行探讨,可望为临床防治提供新的途径。 Many factors can make diaphragms in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) fatigue and structure remodeling,which severely impairs diaphragms ability to perform the respiratory fuctions. To investigate the fatigue and structure remodeling in diaphragms from molecularbiological perspective,it is hopeful that new methods of clinical prevention and therapy be provided.
