Advancement in establishing lung cancer xenograft animal models

摘要 目前在全球,肺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势,近10余年来已成为癌症死亡原因之首,建立相应的肺癌模型有助于研究肺癌发生发展的机制,有助于找到治疗和防范肺癌的有效方法。肺癌移植性模型有较多优点,正处于不断的应用和发展中。 The incidence of lung cancer has been increasing recently all over the world. Its mortality has been ranked first when compared with that of all other cancerous diseases in the last ten years. Consequently, establishing lung cancer animal models will contribute to the research on the mechanism of its cancerous development and to its effective treatment and prevention. Xenograft model has its merits and is being applied more extensively.
