在自动化技术时代,由于技术本身的目的性而使得工程师对于某一项技术的社会影响难以做出预测和控制,工程师最多只是技术进化中的一个要素。要抑制一些具有极端危害性的自动化技术的后果,必须由极权权威机构来控制和拥有整个自动化体系。
