摘要
HGIS因连接部位多,对设备的密封性等工艺要求较高,如不符合要求,就有可能出现漏气,严重影响设备正常、安全的运行,因此,需严格控制安装、试验环节。在500kV东台变电站HGIS安装过程中对漏气情况做了分析,并对缺陷进行了处理,投产以来,设备运行正常。
Because of many joints, HGIS requires higher standard for equipment sealing. Gas leak, which significantly affects normal operation, might occur unless the installation and test links are strictly controlled. The causes of gas leak of the 500 kV Dongtai Substation HGIS during installation are analyzed, and the defects are treated. Since its putting into operation, equipmentsfunctions normally.
