摘要
±500kV三峡至广东直流输电线路工程广1标段,地形条件恶劣,气象条件复杂,首次尝试采用集中压接张力展放ACSR-720/90大截面导线施工工艺。通过特制直线接续管保护套和现场仿真抗弯试验以及施工实践,证明直线接续管不发生弯曲,且两侧导线不受损伤,解决了在山区施工的困难,保证了施工质量和安全,缩短了施工工期,取得了良好的效果。
Because of the severe topographic conditions and complex weather conditions in Guang No.1 section of the Three Gorges to Guangdong ± 500 kV DC transmission line, compression splice and tension stringing of ACSR-720/90 large cross-section conductor is first attempted. Through specially made protective jacket for the straight connecting tube, on scene simulated bending test, construction practices, it is proved that the straight connecting tube will not bend and the conductors on both sides will not be damaged, which solves mountain region construction problem, ensures construction quality and safety, and shortens schedule, resulting satisfactory outcome.
