Pre-stranded Metal Fittings

全金属预绞式金具是在传统的预绞式金具的基础上改革而成,与传统预绞式金具相比,取消了耐张线夹内、外层条上的粘胶与沙,悬垂线夹上的橡胶衬垫被金属衬垫替代,并采用异形预绞丝、变节距设计、间隔排列和提包式铝护套等。试验和实践证明:全金属预绞式金具具有更优良的导电性和高温运行特性,使用更安全可靠,安装更加方便快捷,生产过程更环保、高效。

Compared to conventional design, stranded metal fittings, which are evolved from conventional stranded fittings, eliminate the glue and sand on the inner and outer strips of strain clamp and replace rubber pad with metal one on suspension clamps. There are also series of modifications made to the structure of the products, including profiled strands, variable pitch design, spaced arrangement, and aluminum jacket, etc. Tests and practices show that pre-stranded metal fittings have better conductivity and high temperature operating characteristics, and are safer to use, easier to install, more environmental friendly and efficient to manufacture.
