摘要
意大利撒丁岛与意大利半岛之间新建的高压直流海底输电项目(SAPEI)的额定输送容量为1000MW,±500kV直流,跨海长度超过400km。在开发此项目过程中,环保要求起到了非常重要的作用。在项目立项报批过程中,解决了几项技术问题。
The new HVDC submarine project between Sardinia Island and Italian Peninsula （SAPE1） will be rated 1 000 MW, 500 kV DC over a submarine length of more than 400 km. In the frame of the development activities of the project, the environmental issues are playing a very important role. During the drawing up of the project, sent to authorization procedure, several technical issues have been solved.
