静磁场对人牙髓组织脂质过氧化及抗氧化功能影响的实验研究

摘要 本实验以15例正常人活体第一双尖牙为实验对象,通过静磁场作用后1、2、3、4、5周牙髓组织内超氧化物歧化酶及脂质过氧化物进行定量分析,研究、探讨静磁场效应对人活体牙髓组织过氧化损伤及抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明,本实验条件下,未引起矛髓组织异常的过氧化反应,且 SOD 活性随静磁场作用时间的延长呈逐渐增加趋势。证实静磁场对人牙髓组织的正常氧化代谢功能无异常影响。并提出一定强度的静磁场作用,有助于提高人牙髓组织抗氧化剂—超氧化物歧化酶的含量,增强组织抗炎、抗氧化及抗衰老能力。 In order to evaluate the effects of static magnetic fields on human pulp lipid peroxide and anti-oxidative function,the righe upper and lower first normal bicuspid premolars in vivo were treaed with the static magnetic fields in 15 orthodontic patients. After one week,2,3,4 and 5 weeks of the magnetostatic action,the pulp SOD activity and LPO contents were determined respectively.Under the conditions of this expriment, the results Showed that there was no abnormal lipid peroxidation in the pulp,suggesting that static magnetic fields do not affect the pulp normal oxidative metabolism;and that the pulp SOD activity were gradually increased with the prolongation of magnetostatic action time,suggesting that the magnetostatic action in proper intensity can enhance the capability of anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation and anti-ageing.
