摘要
目的:探讨原发性高血压患者血浆脂肪酸组成及含量情况。方法:(1)试验分2组,正常对照组选取正常健康者60例。高血压组选取单纯原发性高血压患者56例,采用Morrison法提取血浆脂肪酸,以气相色谱法检测三氟化硼甲脂化的脂肪酸,计算出各组分所占重量百分比。结果:血浆脂肪酸测定结果高血压组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(1):高血压组血浆总饱和脂肪酸(SFA)增高,其中增高明显的SFA为豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸。(2)单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA):高血压组的反式油酸明显增高,油酸则较正常对照组明显减少。(3)多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA):①总PUFA在高血压组明显减低;②n-6PUFA中:高血压组的亚油酸,Υ-亚麻酸,花生四烯酸,二十二碳四烯酸和二十碳三烯酸均较正常对照组低,尤以二十二碳五烯酸降低更明显;③n-3PUFA中:高血压组的α-亚麻酸、二十碳五烯酸及二十二碳六烯酸均明显减少(均P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者血浆中不但豆蔻酸、棕榈酸和硬脂酸及反式油酸较正常人明显增高,而且油酸、亚油酸,α-亚麻酸及二十碳五烯酸及二十二碳六烯酸均较正常人明显降低,Υ-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、二十碳三烯酸、二十二碳四烯酸和二十二碳五烯酸也较正常人明显缺乏。
Objective:To explore the plasma fatty acid concentration in cases of essential hypertention(EH). Method: Plasma samples were collected from 56 patients with EH, 60 normal people as controls. Plasma total fatty acid concentration was analyzed with Morrison method and ran in 25-meter capillary gas-liquid chromatography. Result: Of the major fatty acid classes, (1) the percentage of C14:0, C16:0 ,C18:0 and total saturated were significanly higher in E H group than in control group, (2)The percentage of C18:1tr (trans oleic acid) was significantly higher in EH group than in control group. But the percentage of C18:1(oleic acid )was significantly lower in EH group than in control group. (3) Total polyunsaturated fatty acid,:① total n-3 and total n-6 polyunsaturated were lower in EH group than in control group . ②the percentage of C18: 2 n-6 (Linoleic acid), C18:3 n-6 (T-linic acid), C20:4 n-6(Arachidonic acid-AA),C22:4 n-6,C20:3 n-6;C20:5 n-6 in EH group were significantly lower than in control group;. Qthe percentage of C20:5 n-3(EPA) and C22:6 n-3(DHA) and C18:3 n-3 (a-linic acid), in EH group were significantly lower than in control group. Conclusion: Our datum demonstrated that the plasma fatty acid of EH was abnormal not only the percentage of C14:0, C16:0,C18:0, total saturated fatty acid and C18:1tr (trans oleic acid) were significantly higher than in control group, but also the percentage of C18:2 n-6 (Linoleic acid) , C18:3 n-3(a-linic acid) ,C20:5 n-3(EPA) and C22:6 n-3(DHA) were significantly lower than in control, it is more important that we found the percentage of C18:3 n-6(T-linic acid ), C20:4 n-6(Arachidonic acid-AA) group,C20:3 n-6, C22:4 n-6 also significantly lower than that of control group.
