摘要
目的探讨健康教育量化管理对嗓音病患者遵医行为及疗效的影响。方法将80例门诊就诊的嗓音病患者随机分为实验组42例,对照组38例,两组均于就诊时给予系统的健康教育,实验组健康教育内容中增加遵医行为的干预。结果实验组遵医率、疗效明显优于对照组,3个月复发率低于对照组。结论对嗓音病患者的遵医行为进行量化管理,可提高患者的遵医行为及疗效,降低复发率。
Objective To explore the effect of quantified management of health education on the compliance and treatment efficacy in patients with laryngeal pronunciation disorder. Method Eighty outpatients with laryngeal pronunciation disorder were randomly divided into experimental group( n = 42) and control group( n = 38). All the patients received systemized health education during the consultation. In addition,the patients in experimental group received compliance - focused intervention. Results Compared with control group, patients in experimental group were better in compliance and treatment efficacy, and the recurrence rate at 3 months was lower. Conclusion The quantified management of health education on compliance can improve patients' compliance and treatment efficacy and reduce recurrence rate for patients with laryngeal pronunciation disorder.
