摘要
转换型领导方式是一种优秀、有效的领导方式,具有领导魅力(理想化领导)、感召力、智力激发和个体化关怀4个方面的特征;具有此领导方式的护理管理者在工作和生活中具有很多优点。这种领导方式不仅可以增强护士的组织承诺、提高护士的工作满意度、降低护士的离职率,而且可预测护士的工作业绩,从而使护理管理者更好地进行领导工作。就国内外关于转换型领导在护理领域的相关研究作一综述。
Transformational leadership is charactered by leadership charisma, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized. Nurse leaders with this leadership style have virtues both in daily life and work. Transformational leadership can enhance nurses' organizational commitment,and job satisfaction, reduce resignation, predict nurses' working performance, and then enables nurse leaders to work better,This article summarized the charac- teristics,measurement and functions in nursing management of transformational leadership.
