土壤养分与毛脉酸模根中生物活性成分含量之间的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过探讨土壤营养成分与毛脉酸模根中生物活性成分含量之间的相关性,为毛脉酸模药材种植土壤类型的选择及合理化的施肥提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC色谱法,梯度洗脱,测定了一年生毛脉酸模根中7种生物活性成分(白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷、大黄酚苷、酸模素、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚)含量,并对土壤中的营养成分与毛脉酸模根中7种生物活性成分含量分别进行多元逐步回归分析。结果:建立了7个逐步回归方程,其中3个具有统计学意义。结论:全钾含量水平高的土壤不利于毛脉酸模药材的种植。碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量水平较高的土壤则有利于毛脉酸模药材种植。 Objective: To provide scientific basis for the selection of agrotype and property fertilization for Rumex gmelini cultivated in compliance with good agricultural practice (GAP). Method: HPLC method was applied to determinate the content of seven active constituents (resveratrol, polydatin, chrysophanol 1-glucoside, nepodin, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion) of annual R. gmelini. And the correlation between soil nutrients and content of active constituents in the root of R. gmelini were analyzed by stepwise regression analysis. Result: Seven regression equation were established. The statistic significance was found in three of them. Conclusion: The soil with high total K level is not suitable for R. gmelini cultivation. But the higher available N, available P, available K level of soil is suitable.
