摘要
疟疾是一种严重的传染病,大劣按蚊是我国及东南亚地区的重要传疟媒介。对大劣按蚊抗疟原虫感染分子机制的研究,具有重要意义。我们先前已成功分离了大劣按蚊血淋巴中约氏疟原虫感染相关蛋白(PIRP1),并对该蛋白进行了质谱检测。本研究在已获得PIRP1质谱检测信息的基础上,利用分子生物学技术,成功克隆了该相关蛋白的部分cDNA序列(GenBank序列号为EF409973)。为下一步对该蛋白的功能研究奠定了基础。
Malaria is a serious infectious disease and Anopheles dirus is its main vector in China and Southeast Asia. It is important to investigate the molecular mechanism of A. dirus against plasmodium infection. We have separated and examined the Plasmodium yoelii infection related proteins (PIRP) by mass spectrum and then the cDNA of PIRP1 were also cloned by molecular biology technology, which will make it possible to study functions of the protein.
