对电力工程图纸的预处理和电气符号的自动识别是实现电气工程图纸矢量化的基础。本系统以VB编写主界面,MATLAB程序实现系统中的图像预处理、特征提取和模式识别等相关功能。利用ActiveX自动化技术实现VB和matlab混合编程,两者相互取长补短。该系统为开放性系统,可随时对功能模块扩容,从而实现电力工程图纸的矢量化。
