髌骨内固定术式效果对比的实验观察

Experimental Study on the Contrast with the Fixations of Patella

在猪的离体髌骨上模造髌骨横形骨折并采用了三种术式固定，作为力学试样。通过试样的生物力学测试对固定效果进行了对比。结果显示：采用张力钢丝固定的试样，其抗拉伸能力、抗弯能力、拉伸张力极限等力学指标优于其他方法，差异具有显著性或非常显著性。从骨折固定力学角度明确了髌骨横形骨折应首选张力钢丝固定法。

In this research,the porcine patella to have generated transverse fracture were fixed with three kinds of fixations,and regarded as the test samples.The samples were tested and contrasted.The results showed the machanics parameters (extending deformation,bending deformation and maximum loading) of the tensive wire group were higher than that of others.It was conclusive that the transverse fracture of patella ought to select the tensive wire fixation.
