摘要
本文采用微波消解2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)荧光法测定饲料中的微量硒,加标回收率平均值为105.5%,相对标准差为3.33%,此方法具有准确可靠,操作简便易行等优点。
The minim selenium in feed was determined by DAN with microwave digestion.The results showed that： The average recovery was 105.5 %,the relative standard devitation was 3.33 %.It was revealed that the method was accurate, simple, rapid and reliable.
