摘要
α-氯丙酸制成酰氯,与甘氨酸缩合得α-氯代丙酰甘氨酸,再与二硫化钠反应,经锌粉还原得硫普罗宁.总收率由原工艺的22.7%提高到29%(以氯丙酸计).
α Chloropropionic acid was converted to acid chloride,which was condensed with glycine to give α chloropropionylglycine,and then reacted with sodium disulfide and reduced with zinc powder to obtain tiopronin.The total yield was 29% on the basis of α chloropropionic acid.
