“八卦”电子理疗仪配合中药透入治疗老年慢性支气管炎临床观察

Observation of the therapeutic effects of traditional chinese medicine iontophoresis with Bugua electron physiotherapy massor for treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的探讨“八卦”理疗仪对慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法采用“八卦”理疗仪中药透入，治疗老年慢性支气管炎６６例，治疗前后检测ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、Ｃ３、Ｅ玫瑰花环形成率，淋巴细胞转化率。结果各项免疫指标均较疗前有明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。临床治愈显效率为８０３％，总有效率为９７％。对治愈者随访３０个月，疗效巩固率达９２３％。结论该疗法具有良好消炎、止咳、平喘、祛痰及增强机体免疫功能作用。

Objective To research the therapeutic effects on chronic bronchitis by Buqua electron physiotherapy massor. Methods Before and after treatment,IgG,IgA,IGM,C 3,E-rossette forming rate and lymphocyte transformation rate were tested.The therapeutic effectts of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis with Bugua Electron Physiotherapy Massor(amainly modulated low medium frequency electronics) for treatment of 66 cases sufferde with chronic bronchitis was analyzed. Results It demonstrated that,all these immunological indices were significantly increased (P<0.01,P<0.05) than that before treatmnent,the marked clinical efficacious rate was 80.3%.Total effective rate was 97%.The observations during 30 month follow-up showed that,the mantaining effective rate was 92.3%. Conclutions We concluded that this therapeuti cmethod has good anti-imflamatory,antitussive,antiasithmatic,expectorant and its effects of increasing immunlological functions when used in treatment of chronic bronchitis.
