多排螺旋CT头颈联合CTA扫描技术优化 被引量:24

Optimization of the scanning technology with the multi-slice spiral CT angiography in intracranial and cervical arteries

摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT头颈联合CTA扫描最佳扫描技术。方法使用64排螺旋CT对197例受检者行头颈联合CTA扫描,91例使用造影剂浓度实时监控触发技术,106例使用CTP-CTA联合扫描技术。结果CTP-CTA联合扫描技术较造影剂浓度实时监控触发技术能明显节省造影剂用量,同层动静脉对比度较后者清楚,与CTP结合分析可以更为全面地掌握患者血供状况。结论CTP-CTA联合扫描技术对受检者的循环状况能有更为准确的认识,更能体现量身定制、因人而异的个性化原则,有效避免个体差异。 Objective To investigate the scanning technology of computed tomography angiography (CTA) of intracranial and cervical arteries. Methods The study included 197 patients. The scanning with 64-sllce SCT was performed for 91 patients with the technique that concentration of contrast medium controls the scanning at real time, and 106 patients with the combination scanning technology of CTP-CTA in intracranial and cervical arteries. Results Compared with the technique that concentration of contrast medium controls the scanning at real time, the combination scanning technology of CTP-CTA could obviously save the dosage of the contrast. And in the same layer, its resolving power was higher than that of the tech- nique that concentration of contrast medium controls the scanning at real time. In addition, the blood supply of the patients could also be understood with the combination of CTP and CTA. Conclusion The circulation states of the patients can be precisely known with the combination scanning technology of CTP-CTA, which well reflects the individual principle and avoids the individual difference effectively.
