摘要 目的采用中国数字化可视人数据集中的女性盆腔数据建立盆腔内主要动脉的三维可视化解剖模型,从多方位、多角度对盆腔内动脉的空间结构进行立体显示。方法应用首例中国女性数字化可视人体数据集,运用3D-DOC-TOR软件,在计算机上实现盆腔内主要动脉解剖结构的三维可视化。结果成功建立了盆腔内主要动脉解剖结构的三维可视化模型,该模型能进行任意方位的旋转,能清晰地显示出各个方位的解剖结构。结论可视化盆腔动脉三维重建模型为盆腔微创手术和盆腔血管内介入治疗的开展提供了准确的形态学依据,为虚拟手术奠定了基础。 Objective To build digitized visible anatomic model of the pelviartery of the Chinese visible human. Any ori entation and angle of the pelviartery reconstructed could be displayed and measured conveniently. Methods Cross sectional images of fresh tissues from the first Chinese visible human female data set were reviewed and the structures computer reconstructions of the pelviartery were generated from these data using 3D-DOCTOR software on PC. Results The three-di mensional of the pelviartery were confirmed on a section-by-section basis. Three-dimensional reconstructed images displayed perfectly the anatomical relationships of the structures in these space. All reconstructed structures can be represen ted, any diameter and angle of the structures reconstructed could be measured conveniently. Conclusion The research achieved visualization of the pelviartery of the first chinese visible human. The digitized visible model of the pelviartery can display the special conformation of this region used three-dimensional reconstructed images. It will provide morphological data for minimal invasive surgery and interventional therapy of gynecology.
