摘要
首先探讨了公路ATIS架构设计在整个规划流程中的定位、架构设计的目的、实施工作基础等问题。进而在对省域公路网管理现状进行共性分析的基础上,阐述了省域公路ATIS架构的逻辑层次划分机理。通过对集中式、分布式、混合式3种拓扑架构形式的特征进行对比分析,推荐混合式拓扑架构可作为理想的省域公路ATIS架构形式。针对多数省域高速公路网与普通公路网管理分离的现状,构建了两种可适应于省域公路ATIS不同发展阶段的网络布局架构模式,并对各模式的优劣势进行了对比分析,指明了网络布局架构模式选择思路。研究成果具体指导了江苏省公路ATIS架构设计。
The location, goal and foundation of framework design of highway advanced traveler information system (ATIS) in the whole planning process are discussed. Based on the status analysis of provincial highway network management, the logical layered mechanism of provincial highway ATIS framework is illustrated.Through the systematic analysis of three topology frameworks (centralized topology, distributed topology, and hybrid topology), the hybrid topology framework is presented as the ideal topology framework for provincial highway ATIS. Considering the status that management agency of freeway network differs from that of normal highway network, two patterns of layout framework are presented which suitable to different development phases of provincial highway ATIS, the advantages and disadvantages of two patterns are analyzed contrastively, and the feasible pattern of layout framework is determined. The research results were applied in the framework design of Jiangsu Provincial ATIS as the main guideline.
