我国科技型家族企业绩效前沿理论研究

摘要 家族企业是世界范围内广泛存在的一种企业组织形式,对家族企业绩效的研究,对于这类企业,尤其是科技型家族企业的持续发展具有重要的意义。本文通过文献研究,对国内外研究家族企业绩效的主要模型,以及对家族企业绩效的影响因素进行了综述。通过研究发现,国内外对家族企业绩效研究的广度及深度还有待进一步提高,对家族企业绩效影响因素要进行系统的思考。
