目前我国医患关系紧张,产生这一问题的原因有政府、媒体、患方及医方等多方面的因素所构成。通过对上述诸因素的分析认为解决医患矛盾,关键在医疗机构提高医院管理水平和增强医务人员责任意识、职业精神、职业道德和职业态度。这是改善医患关系最为客观公正、简单快捷、成本低下的渠道。

The doctor- patient relationship is very tense in the current China. There are many influence factors in it, such as government, media, patient party as well as the medical party. By analyzing all the factors above, we addressed that the key solution to the conflict between the two parties is to improve the management of hospital, and buildup the sense of responsibility, professionalism, professional morality as well as the serving attitude. This is the best way to improve the doctor- patient relationship fairly, rapidly and economically.
